CHANGE
For product exchange; By keeping the invoice of the product, you can request a change within 7 working days from the date of product delivery via an e-mail (info@therugstores.com) containing the name, code and order number of the product you have requested or through communication channels.
After the change notification, you can start the process by following the steps below.
You can pack the product you bought with its original packaging, box, parts and materials and gift in a way that will not be damaged, and then pack it with the invoice sent to you.
Note: You must send the product to the address below with the courier company that delivered you. (Check Special Conditions.)
After the product reaches us, it is examined by our quality control officials within 5 working days, if there is no situation that prevents the change, your request will be fulfilled and your order will be sent to you quickly.

RETURN
For product return; By keeping the invoice and all copies of the product, you can request a change with an e-mail or contact form containing the name, code and order number of the product to be returned.
Once your return request is accepted, you can start the process by following the steps below.
You can pack the product you bought with its original packaging, box, parts and materials and gift in a way that will not be damaged, and then pack it with the invoice sent to you.
Note: You must send the product to the address below with the shipping company that came to you. (Check Special Conditions.)
After the product reaches us, it is checked within 3-5 business days, and the compliance with the return conditions is examined, if there is no situation that prevents the return, your money will be refunded within 7-14 business days using the channels you have paid.
The consumer cannot use his / her right of withdrawal for the products that are produced according to the special requests and demands of the consumer, which are made differently or made special by making additions.
The refund for purchases made in installments is made according to the number of installments. For example: If you bought the product in 3 installments, your return will be completed in 3 months.
The fee for payment at the door is 6,90 TL, which is the service fee received by the courier company, this fee will not be refunded to the customer in case of product return.

Products will not be received unless approved for return & exchange from our customer service.
For returns & exchanges, you must be sent to the address specified. Otherwise, our company is not responsible for the return & exchange of the products.
The exchange & return of the products whose original box / package is damaged and lost their resalability qualification will not be accepted.
Special sized carpets and runners, specially designed carpets and all custom made products are not subject to change & refund, and the customer cannot use the right of withdrawal.
Return & exchange fees for purchases made from abroad belong to the buyer.
Before receiving your cargo, make sure to check it for damage / deformation. No action can be taken in accordance with the official procedure if the damaged / deformed cargoes are not recorded.
